The lever arm part numbers do not change and will continue under the same part numbering scheme. The updated lever arm utilizes additional material at the base of the anchor post and can be identified by the lack of an indexing hole used for the previous magnet spring
The new magnet spring and lever arm are compatible with all previous brake assemblies, but must be changed in conjunction with each other. Changing either component individually will create fitment issues and should be changed together. All existing magnet assemblies are compatible with the new magnet spring and lever arm. Moving forward, magnet service kits will include both the new and old magnet springs. As with all magnets, they should be replaced in pairs – both sides of the axle.
